Today there are many places to find replacement parts. Manufacturers
provide original equipment parts that are exactly what your automobile used when
bought new. The aftermarket for parts is now mature and though a buyer should
still be very careful, there are some aftermarket manufacturers that provide
products of the highest quality and in many instances are designed to provide
performance results in excess of standard parts. Finally, the internet now provides
a huge market place of OEM, aftermarket, used and performance parts, unfortunately
it also provides parts of less than acceptable quality so be careful as you go.
