- Title.
- Valid Certificate of Fitness.
- Valid Identification (Driver’s License, Passport,
National I.D. Card).
- Tax Payer Registration Number.
- Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate.

| Buyer: |
- Title.
- Valid Certificate of Fitness.
- Valid Identification (Driver’s License, Passport,
National I.D. Card).
- Tax Payer Registration Number.
- Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate.
- Insurance Cover Note in buyer’s name.
- If a lien is attached a discharge of lien is needed.

If you are buying or selling a motor
vehicle on behalf of a company;
Take all of the documents stated above to the Collectorate
of Taxes of your choice.
You must present a letter of authorization stamped by
the company, giving you permission to act on the company’s
behalf. |
