- Report the matter to the Police.
- Get a Police report and take it to the Collectorate
of Taxes where the certificate was first issued.
- Fill out application form for Substitute/Replacement
plates at information desk.
- Submit application along with all motor vehicle
documents.
- Pay the relevant fee and collect your receipt along
with a pair of substitute plates
