- If caught by the police you will be ticketed and
charged or arrested

| The charges attached are: |
- Driving without a valid driver’s license.
- Driving without motor vehicle insurance.
|
- If ticketed and charged you will be given a court
date.
- The court decides whether or not you will pay a
fine and the cost of the fine and/or if you will be
imprisoned and the length of time the sentence will
last.
- If you are the holder of a valid drivers license,
which is not in your possession when asked to produce
it by the police, you are entitled to 5 working days
to present it at the Police station of your choice.
